Upon opening the bag, the first thing that struck us was the rich, fragrant aroma of the coffee. The beans themselves were shiny and uniform in size, indicating a high level of quality and consistency. We ground the beans to a medium-coarse consistency and brewed them using a espresso machine - PERFECT!
The resulting cup of coffee was truly exceptional. The flavour was robust and full-bodied, with notes of chocolate and strawberry. The acidity was well-balanced, and the finish was smooth and lingering, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that kept us coming back for more.
We often make our cups of coffee using a good quality soy milk, and these beans did not let us down. A 1kg bag of whole beans costs $58 which is a fair price for this great tasting blend. A 250g bag will only cost you $20, this was our tasting choice for this review.
